Unlike traditional roofing systems that rely on overlapping sheets, seams, and mechanical fasteners, a fluid-applied roofing system is liquid-applied directly to your roof surface and cures into a single, seamless, fully adhered waterproof membrane.
UniFlex® systems — distributed through Sherwin-Williams — include elastomeric coatings, silicone systems, urethane formulations, and spray polyurethane foam (SPF) combinations. Each is engineered to bond permanently to metal, TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, BUR, and concrete substrates.

We inspect your existing roof, assess substrate condition, identify problem areas, and determine the right UniFlex system for your building and budget.
Surface Preparation
Proper prep is everything. We clean, repair, and prime the substrate — including applying UniFlex Bleed Blocker Primer where needed — to ensure maximum adhesion and system longevity.
Base Coat Application
The elastomeric or urethane base coat is applied at the specified mil thickness, reinforcing seams, penetrations, and field areas for a fully integrated waterproof layer.
Finish Coat & Warranty
The reflective finish coat is applied, completing the seamless membrane. We register your UNIGUARD™ warranty and leave you with full documentation for your records.
